One of our core beliefs is of complete on-going support and the assurance that once one of our systems is installed we maintain a close relationship, giving you the
peace of mind that all security requirements are well looked after and operating
at optimum levels.
Installation
Once
you have decided to purchase a Symmetry Security Management System our Installation
Team will contact you to agree an implementation programme. One of our Engineers
will meet with you to discuss the installation of the system
in detail and answer
any questions you may have. Each has a wealth of experience, gained working in a
wide range of Customer environments. During the installation itself we will aim
to be as inconspicuous as possible, we recognise you have a business to run! As
we commission the system we will consult you, so that the final configuration is
exactly how you want it. Then finally we will train you and your colleagues how
to use the system to its maximum advantage. (If you would like further training
off-site this can be carried out at our
Training School).
Before we leave we will advise our Service Centre that the system is complete so
help is immediately available should you need it.

G4Tec employ highly trained engineering staff who work with clients through all
stages of an installation and the after sales service.
Our field engineers are based across the UK, providing nation wide coverage, ensuring
customers receive the highest level of service where ever they are based.
G4Tec
engineers carry laptops containing all the relevant details concerning your installation.
Through our in-house developed computer system – System Engineers Electronic Documentation
System (SEEDS), engineers have instant access to all information, documentation
and specifications relating to every aspect of installing an integrated Symmetry
security system.
